The Dondo table is an extension of the Dondo collection launched in 2017; inspired in shape and pattern by the Ghanaian Dondo talking drum. Across Africa it is known as the dondo, kalangu or gangan or Tama.
 
The Dondo's history goes back at least as far as antiquity, where discoveries of its use and adaptation can be found among the West African folk as a means to transmit messages across long distances.
 
The Dondo table is made from powder-coated steel frame with a solid timbertop.
